Wilbraham’s Got Talent

Nineteen year old Jonah Spindel who lives next to the Church in Great Wilbraham is in his first year at The Royal Academy of Music in London studying the cello. While home for the Easter break, Jonah took the opportunity to practice in the church because the acoustics are so good for his instrument. Jonah has lived in Gt Wilbraham all of his life, attending the village Primary School and Bottisham Village College. He completed A levels at Hills Rd Sixth Form College last summer. He has been playing the cello since the age of five and for six years, was a member of Aldeburgh Young Musicians, an East Anglian advanced music centre, as well as a member of the Britten Sinfonia Academy.
