Wilbraham litter pick

Thanks to the wonderful Debbie Cornwall for organising the litter pick today.

 

 

 

We had over 30 volunteers which was a great turnout. This included some children who were very welcome.

 

 

 

Chris Ashcroft valiantly picked up all the black bags and deposited them for the council to dispose of. As you will see from the photo he had fun.

 

 

 

Unfortunately we didn’t get a photo of everyone at the beginning though it was lovely getting together as a village again.

 

 

 

The award for the weirdest litter picked up goes to Mill Road where an old exhaust and a fire extinguisher were found!

 

 

 

 

We picked up 40 bags in all.
