Village Choir Sings a Celebration of the Memorial Hall

The Willbrahams’ Village Choir conducted by Gill Humphrey was the first user of the new Wilbrahams’ Memorial Hall on Thursday 24th March as they rehearsed for their contribution to the Official Opening on Monday 28th March.  The Hall will be officially opened by Richard Wright of the Temple in Great Wilbraham at 3.00 pm with due ceremony and ribbon cutting.  Various activities are planned to follow including refreshments, Morris dancing, a puppet show and the choir.  The choir has been preparing for some weeks and the music includes a medley of Swing low sweet chariots, I wanna Dance and When the Saints go Marching in.
