The Wilbrahams’ Vegetable, Flower and Produce Show returned home to the Memorial Hall on Saturday,16 July, after two years out on tour, owing to COVID restrictions.

There was a good entry and many braved the heat to enter their offerings in the morning, and to see what the judges thought in the afternoon.  As a casual observer, I would say that the number of entries was easily comparable to pre-COVID times.

Thanks are especially due to Rosie White, who has now been steering this ship for 25 years with her good shipmate Rob on hand to pick up any task thrown at him at any time.  We all hope that Rosie will continue for years to come, but with a team of assistants to take some of the load off her shoulders.
