MEMORIAL HALL EVENTS TEAM – FIRST MEETING TUESDAY 24TH JANUARY 8PM

We would like to set up a calendar of interesting and fun events for 2017 which will be enjoyed by all ages within our villages and will put our new hall venue to good use. After all – this is what we raised all the money for!

To start the ball rolling, please come and join us at an informal meeting at the Hall on

TUESDAY 24TH january at 8pm.  DRINKS AND NIBBLES WILL BE PROVIDED!

The aim of the meeting is to get together suggestions for new events for the year ahead (1 every 6-8 weeks), and gather a team of willing helpers who might get involved as ‘washer uppers / cake bakers’ or more specifically to help a particular group run each event.  We wouldn’t expect you to be able or willing to help every time, so it would be good to gather as many people as possible and for people to get involved in what they most enjoy. Several Hall Trustees would help to organise this ‘Wilbrahams Memorial Hall Events Team’ and sort out the dates / finances etc. with the Hall Committee.

We are absolutely open to any ideas for events that you would like to see going on at the Hall and what you think others may enjoy.
