A11 – important roadworks information

The following roadworks notification has been received from Highways England:Dear Sir/Madam

A11 Balsham Road over bridge

I write to inform you that we’ll be carrying out essential bridge maintenance at the above location. We plan to complete this work over four nights from Monday 2 November to Friday 6 November on weeknights only, working between the hours of 8pm to 6am, subject to weather conditions.

Diversion route
Traffic travelling eastbound along Balsham Road and wanting to join the A11 southbound will be diverted onto the A11 northbound to the Mill Road junction to return southbound to continue their journey.

Traffic travelling westbound along Balsham Road and wanting to join the A11 northbound will be diverted onto the A11 southbound to the A1307  junction to return northbound to continue their journey.
