Clear up after your dog – Toft Way

Please, please, please can I put out a plea to dog owners to clear up their dog’s mess after walking in Toft Way??
I thought we had got over this problem but there are some selfish individuals who clearly have no respect for other walkers in the village.
I am not a dog owner myself but I have left out a couple of bags so that if people forget to take them with them on their walks they can use those but clearly they ignore them.
