Calling all mini-Royals!!

Reminder: Sunday 5th June Queen’s Jubilee Celebrations, Recreation Ground, Gt Wilbraham

Our celebrations start with a mass villagers’ photo at 12.30pm, followed by a children’s fancy dress competition – 25 prizes from the Buckingham Palace shop to be won by the best dressed Queens, Kings, Princes & Princesses (primary age & under). A great half-term project 😀 

Also for the kids: a bouncy castle, face painting, paper aeroplane competition and a model train set.

For the adults – why not have a selfie with the Queen? Plus, live music, choir, coconut shy, old village photos exhibition, bring & share lunch, tea & cakes and finally (if you can still move) a mass game of rounders (kids too, of course!).

The Social Club bar will be open all afternoon.

Hopefully, something for everyone…

Each family should bring along their own blanket / table & chairs and a plate each of savoury and sweet finger food to add to the buffet sharing tables.

Come dressed in ‘red, white & blue‘ or step back to 1950’s fashions!

St Nicholas’ bells will ring to welcome you to the start of our celebrations.
