Bakers needed!
Wilbrahams’ Memorial Hall will be manning the Produce Stall at the market on Saturday 8th October.
The produce stall and the farmers market are now a financial lifeline for the hall as we, like everyone else, are facing rising costs yet want to maintain the low rental rates for the community. To help the community, please bake a cake or donate produce from your garden and bring it along to the stall from 9 am onwards on the day. If you have any vegetables to spare, these should be bagged up to sell for a £1. Please wrap any large cakes in clingfilm and bring smaller items in a tin / plastic box.
If you can’t bake, please come along and support the market / have a coffee. We have built a reputation as a really friendly market with great stalls and a good atmosphere, but it will only last for as long as we keep supporting it. So, tell your friends and make a morning of it!
